We read your brief
Vadym or one of our senior strategists reads every project brief that comes in. We'll either reach out with follow-up questions, or send a quick reply confirming we're a fit and proposing a call.

Discovery call
We hop on Google Meet or Zoom for a 30-minute conversation. We'll review your situation, scope the work, and tell you honestly whether we're the right team for what you're trying to do.

Custom proposal
If we're a fit, you'll get a written proposal within 3 business days — scope, pricing, timeline, what's included, what's not. No surprises in week one of working together.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. About half the briefs we receive are "we know something is off, but we're not sure if it's the ads, the tracking, the landing page, or all three." Tell us what you know and what you don't — we'll figure out the right scope on the call.
What if my budget is small?
We work with brands spending as little as $3,000/mo on ads. Below that, we'll usually tell you honestly that an agency engagement doesn't make sense yet — and point you to what we'd do instead. We'd rather lose a small deal than start one that won't work.
Will I talk to Vadym or to a sales rep?
First conversations almost always run through Vadym personally. After that, depending on your scope, you'll work with the senior strategist owning your account. No SDRs, no rotating reps.
Can you sign an NDA before I share details?
Yes. Mention it in the project description field, and we'll send a mutual NDA before the discovery call. We'd rather know than guess.
What if we're already working with another agency?
Tell us in the brief. About a third of the accounts we take over come from a previous agency — usually after a contract renewal. We're happy to run a parallel audit before you decide to switch.
Do you work with clients outside Ukraine?
Yes — most of our clients are international. Our published case studies include US, Canada, UK, Germany, Mexico and other markets. Working hours are GMT+3 but we adjust call times to fit US and European schedules.
Will my information be shared with anyone?
No. Submissions go to our internal sales inbox. We don't sell, share or resell contact data. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
