Real ownership from day one

You'll own client accounts, not assist on them. No "shadow a senior for six months" handoffs. Juniors get 2–3 accounts with a senior buyer as a backstop; mids and seniors own portfolios outright. Decisions you make show up in client results, fast.

We work with brands across the US, EU, Canada and Mexico — ecommerce, B2B, local services, SaaS. Monthly ad spends range from $5K to $60K+. You'll work on accounts that actually scale, not $500/mo campaigns where there's nothing to optimize.

Beyond salary, we pay performance bonuses linked to client outcomes — CPA reductions, ROAS targets, account retention. If your work moves the numbers, you see it in your paycheck. We don't hand out bonuses for hours worked or seats filled.

Can I apply from outside Ukraine?
Right now, no. We hire only within Ukraine due to how we structure employment and benefits. We may open this up in the future, but not for current roles.
What's the employment model — B2B contractor or full-time?
Full-time employment. We hire you as an employee with stable monthly salary, not as a contractor or freelancer.
Will I work with clients directly?
Yes — every role at KOFAX involves client interaction. Juniors join client calls within the first 6 months. Mids and Seniors own client relationships from day one. This is why English fluency is a hard requirement.
What does "performance bonus" mean in practice?
Bonuses are tied to outcomes — for paid media roles, that means hitting client CPA/ROAS targets, account retention, and account growth. For the Partnership Manager, bonuses are tied to closed partners and partnership revenue. The exact formula is shared in the final interview.
What if I'm a strong candidate but you don't have an open role that fits?
Apply anyway. Use the general application option in the form and tell us what you're great at. We hire opportunistically when we find people we know we want on the team.
How long does the hiring process take?
2–3 weeks from CV submission to offer for most candidates. We respect your time — no four-month interview marathons.
Will you respond if I'm not selected?
Yes — every applicant hears back, even if the answer is no. We don't disappear.
Do I need Google Ads certifications to apply for the Junior role?
Helpful but not required. We care more about how you think and learn than which badges you have. If you don't have certifications, take them in your first month with us — we'll point you to the right ones.
What does career growth look like at KOFAX?
Clear and merit-based. Juniors progress to Mid in 12–18 months when they own accounts solo and hit targets. Mids progress to Senior/Lead based on portfolio outcomes and mentorship capability. We promote from within wherever we can.
